PURCHASE ORDERS
Educational institutions and schools may order using a Purchase Order. Others via Prepaid Check or Credit Card purchase. Please fill out the QUOTE REQUEST FORM and email to orders@solarschoolhouse.org. The Rahus Institute (the parent organization for Solar Schoolhouse) will provide a quote that includes shipping costs. The Quote is good for 60 days and can be used to create a Purchase Order OR we’ll send you an e-invoice for CC payment.
Purchase Orders are sent via email to orders@solarschoolhouse.org or FAXED to 707-827-8361. POs must include an email option for submitting invoices (as PDF) and a contact person and phone number responsible for payments. The PO must be on school or organizational letterhead.
Credit or Purchase Card Payments
Purchasing via Credit or Purchase Card. Please fill out the QUOTE REQUEST FORM and email to orders@solarschoolhouse.org. The Rahus Institute (the parent organization for Solar Schoolhouse) will create an e-invoice and send a link to pay via Paypal’s credit card processing path. As soon as we receive payment, materials will be shipped.
Prepay with Check
When you request a quote, note that you’ll prepay with mailed check on the form. We’ll send you an invoice. Mail us a check, made out to “The Rahus Institute”. mail to: 7966 Mill Station Rd., Sebastopol, CA 95472. We’ll then ship the materials.
Shipping options
We normally ship materials via UPS ground. Please allow for adequate time in ordering. Overnight shipping is expensive – better to use those funds for more materials when possible. Currently only shipping within the US.
